Open Yoga Schedule

Beginner and intermediate flow-based and gentle classes

Morning Flow (60 mins)
Sundays 09.00 UK time

Sports Yoga (60 mins)
Wednesdays 19.15 UK time

Evening Unwind (30 mins)
Wednesdays 20.30 UK time

Cost: £8 per 60 minute class / £4 per 30 minute class


I hold regular workshops as well as a seasonal gentle yoga and guided meditation session on the first day of each season and at midseason. Please see the Events page for upcoming dates.

Private Client

All of my services can be offered in a private setting. I am currently teaching online but will soon also be offering this in person again in the central and West London areas. If you’re interested in finding out more, please get in touch – I’d love to discuss your needs.
