Corporate wellbeing initiatives are not just a staff ‘perk’. Employee health contributes to reduced absenteeism, reduced staff turnover and increased productivity. While corporate culture goes a long way to addressing these issues, I contribute to people initiatives by helping employees to manage stress, improve their physical and mental health and to build resilience.
My own background in the sports and events sectors means that I understand the needs of corporate life. Not just that, but those needs aren’t always bad: some of my best memories are of working events until the early hours of the morning, building trusting relationships with colleagues and knowing that we all showed up for each other during long, stressful days. However, it’s also possible to learn tools that can help improve energy levels, sleep and stress management in order to reduce employee burnout and help people to feel their best under stressful environments.
What I Offer
I teach corporate yoga classes as well as specific workshops and programmes aimed at managing stress, improving sleep and having more energy throughout the day. Bespoke programmes can also be built to meet individual organisations’ needs.
