I run seasonal meditation sessions as well as workshops and courses about sleep, stress and energy management. Below are the events currently scheduled.

Midsummer Solstice Gentle Yoga and iRest Guided Meditation

Sunday 8th August, 2021 – 8pm UK
Join us for a midsummer night’s dream of a yoga session!
We start with some gentle movement, followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Yoga Nidra is often translated as ‘Yogic Sleep’ and it is known for helping participants to find a state of deep rest and insight. It is a lovely and very accessible practice.
This session is suitable for absolute beginners so come and join us in welcoming the longest day of the year and the summer nights to come!
